A one-room office, a retail tenancy with a glass shopfront and a warehouse with an amenities block have different surface mixes, access rules and time requirements, so a single published hourly rate would be wrong for almost everyone who reads it. Do you clean homes as well as businesses?
Yes. Commercial and office work is the larger side of the business, but we also do domestic cleaning, regular household cleaning, carpet cleaning in homes and end of tenancy cleans for tenants and landlords.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes, and for most commercial clients that is the arrangement. Early mornings, evenings and overnight are all available, seven days a week including public holidays, with no surcharge for those slots.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We work without lock-in contracts. You can change the frequency, add or drop areas, or stop, without a contract variation.
What does a quote cost?
Nothing. We quote free of charge, and for a larger site we would rather come and look at it than guess from a floor area.
Are your commercial cleaners police-checked and insured?
Yes. Every cleaner is police-checked and trained in workplace and chemical safety, and our management team provides clear and responsive communication. We carry $20 million public liability insurance plus WorkCover, which matters when our team holds keys or after-hours access to your building.
How does carpet steam cleaning work?
Our core method is hot water extraction, often called steam cleaning. Heated water and solution are worked into the pile and then drawn straight back out under strong suction, so the carpet is left damp rather than soaked, with pet stains, soiled traffic lanes and odours treated as their own targeted step.
Do you offer a bond-back guarantee for end-of-lease carpet cleaning?
Yes. We clean to the standard a final rental inspection expects and back it with a bond-back guarantee, subject to the agreed scope and inspection conditions, so tenants have the best chance of a full bond back.
What happens if part of the clean is not up to standard?
